GirlTREK is a global movement of black women leveraging the historical legacy of walking and the power of self-care as a pathway to heal and transform our lives.
LWAAAC Sisterhood
We are inspired by Harriet Tubman to make BOLD Changes in our LIVES, ONE STEP AT A TIME. All members and non-members are invited whether you signed up or not to walk with us.
Walking Together
The groups meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings at the Clubhouse I entrance and begin our walk , unless if it’s raining!
This will be an approximate 2-mile, Leisure World neighborhood walk. Wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers and don't forget the water.

Week 1 was chilly but the strong hearted weathered through for their first run
Week 2 had better weather and good attendance.
