Congratulations!
Recipients of the Eubie Blake High School scholarships, must be a participant in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program, have at least a 2.0 GPA and have been accepted in a community or 4 year college. Proof of enrollment is required from the school.
Once confirmation of college enrollment is received, a check is submitted to the college on behave of the recipient. The student is notified of the scholarship award at their high school awards ceremony.
